Hi! I'm Sara- welcome to Releve!
I am a certified Stott Pilates instructor trained in all apparatus's and barre in Vancouver, BC. I have a passion for teaching Pilates and helping my clients reach their fullest potential. Whether you are looking for athletic/golf conditioning, injury rehab or pain relief, I can help you reach your goals and feel your best!
I have completed extra training in the areas of athletic conditioning, golf conditioning, scoliosis and pre/post natal support. As a former competitive synchronized swimmer and coach, I have personally used Pilates as a cross training modality for many years prior to finishing my certification. My teaching style is dynamic, supportive and motivating. I strive to create a space where all levels, ages and abilities are welcome to train. I believe Pilates can be accessible to all abilities, and nothing brings me more joy than watching my clients achieve their goals. Expect to become the strongest version of yourself yet!


Pilates is an exercise system that was created by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900s. It is a progressive series of exercises that focuses on breath, alignment, spinal articulation and core strength. Pilates, originally called "Contrology" uses matwork and different apparatus' to help achieve optimal strength and flexibility. Pilates has taken many forms over the years, and is used to help with anything from general health and fitness, sports conditioning to rehab and injury prevention.
