Pulse Pilates

Pulse Pilates is my love child blend of contemporary mat pilates and barre. We use different equipment such as light weights, mini stability balls, loop bands and magic circles. This class is tempo based, sweaty and super fun! Expect lots of core, glutes, pulsing and upper body work. This class is unheated but designed to give you a total body burn! If you're looking for the best of both worlds- this is it!

The Studio

Expect to find huge mirrors, skylights, a beautiful brick wall and all hard wood floors. We have a mounted barre that I tend to use in class from time to time!

Classes sizes are small to help with personalized feedback. 

You need to byom (bring your own mat) however we have filtered water (free!) and towel service. 

We strive to create a safe, fun and effective workout that is open to all levels. There is no judgement here- all movement and community.
